Sue has managed people and operations for over 20 years. Her career includes senior operational management posts at M&S, BT and Hyde Housing Group, and consultancy roles at The Industrial Society, Capita Group and Chiumento. Sue has always achieved highly successful business results; often in highly pressurised, fast changing, target driven environments. 

Sue has very often experienced the same kind of personal and work related challenges as her clients. This background underpins the practical results-focussed approach that she uses today, and significantly contributes to her success as a trainer, coach and mentor. 

Sue enables individuals (and teams) to focus on goals and objectives; identify and minimise barriers; increase self-awareness and personal effectiveness; develop strengths; and define and implement highly effective solutions.  

Sue’s key strength as a coach is that she is able to use her extensive business and coaching experience as the foundation for highly effective working ‘partnerships’, aimed at achieving measurable results.

Sue coaches people across four main areas: Leadership/Management Effectiveness, Career Management, Performance Management and Personal Development.

Sue Lees is Managing Director of Coromell Coaching. Working with a network of other associates, Coromell provides learning & development solutions to private individual and corporate clients who are mainly based in the South of England. 

In addition to her specialist learning & development career, Sue has spent the last few years developing properties for profit. She uses this experience, and her coaching and training abilities, to help others to find and sell their own homes at the right price.
