The approach

Coaching can take place face to face, over the telephone, or even by email. 

An initial consultation meeting will explore your current situation, and start to build a picture of your aims for the future.

A Coaching Programme would be agreed as an outcome from this meeting, and will be tailored to meet your needs.

 

The core questions to be explored through the Programme are:

-   What specifically needs to change?

-   What are the priorities?

-   What barriers are in the way?

-   What has worked well in the past?

-   What has not? 

-   What personal strengths can be built on?

-   What skills and qualities need to be developed?

-   What actions need to be taken (Action Plan)?

-   What support is needed?

-   What will be the 'measures of success'?
