Benefits to You

  • A high morale, engaged culture.

The Coaching Process

1:1 coaching can take place face to face, over the telephone, or even by email.

An initial consultation meeting will explore your current situation, and start to build a picture of your aims for the future.

A *Coaching Programme would be agreed as an outcome from this meeting, and will be tailored to meet your needs.

The core questions to be explored through the Programme are usually:

  • What specifically needs to change?
  • What are the priorities?
  • What barriers are in the way?
  • What has worked well in the past?
  • What has not?
  • What personal strengths can be built on?
  • What skills and qualities need to be developed?
  • What actions need to be taken (Action Plan)?
  • What support is needed?
  • What will be the 'measures of success'?
